Capital City Comic Con curates its exhibitor hall. Applications are not first-come, first-served. We review applications as they are received and select participants to create the best mix of vendors, artists, clubs, and sponsors. Our goal is to provide a great experience for both attendees and exhibitors.


BOOTH OPTIONS


Exhibitor Booth (10' x 10')

  • Price: TBD
  • Includes 2 exhibitor passes
  • All booths are corner spaces unless placed against a wall (by request)
  • Booths are unfurnished (bring your own tables and chairs)
  • Tables and chairs available to rent
  • Additional upgrade options may be available


Artist Booth (8' x 8')

  • Price: $200
  • Includes 2 exhibitor passes
  • All booths are corner spaces unless placed against a wall (by request)
  • Booths include 1 table (8' x 30") and 2 chairs
  • Additional upgrade options may be available



GENERAL INFO

  • In 2025, we received nearly 500 applications for only 200 spaces.
  • Space is limited — apply early to be considered.
  • The 2026 layout will be similar to previous years.
  • Accepted exhibitors will receive corner booths unless wall placement is requested.
  • Optional cancellation protection is available for a full refund if you're not sure about committing.

LOAD-IN DETAILS

  • Load-in starts Friday, July 10, 2026 at 8:00 AM
  • Exhibitor hall opens at 3:00 PM — all booths must be set up by then
  • Check in at Loading Dock B (middle dock)
  • Limited carts and volunteers available to help
  • Carts are managed by Comic Con volunteers


Load-In Entrance

  • Enter via the driveway just after Riverfront Drive (Lot 21/Lansing Shuffle)
  • Accessible only while driving southbound on N. Cedar Street from Shiawassee Street
  • Look for signage to assist you


PARKING

  • After unloading, vehicles must be moved from the loading area
  • The dock cannot accommodate all exhibitors at once
  • Vehicles blocking traffic may be towed by the venue


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All exhibitors must agree to the official Exhibitor Terms and Conditions.
  • These will be sent with your invoice. Payment is considered agreement to all terms


VENDOR PARKING


  • Parking Lot 21 (City): Flat Lot + Underground garage; No trailers; overnight allowed; $10/day; Elevator from underground goes to 1st floor of convention center (This is an alternative way to load in and out instead of the loading docks, and we recommend this for exhibitors that have only one or two small trips with a cart or wagon).
  • North Grand Ramp (City): Garage (height restrictions); No trailers; Overnight allowed; $15/day; Connected via skywalk to Doubletree Hotel and also Lansing Convention Center.
  • South Grand Ramp (Private): Garage; No trailers; Overnight allowed; Price TBA
  • Private Lot between Michigan Ave and Impression 5: Flat Lot; Trailers allowed; Overnight allowed; rate posted at entrance, which is on Museum Drive.
  • Parking Lot 49a: Flat Lot; Trailers allowed; Overnight allowed; $10/day.
