EXHIBITOR APPLICATIONS

Note! Artist alley is full.

All applications for artist alley will be automatically wait listed

Apply Here

The application form is an APPLICATION, not a guarantee you will receive space. Our exhibitor hall is curated; NOT first-come-first-serve. We review applications as they are received, and accept exhibitors based on providing the best mix of exhibitors to create the best experience for both attendees and exhibitors. In 2023 we had almost three-hundred applicants, and two-hundred booth spaces, which includes vendors, artists, clubs, cosplay groups and sponsors; space is limited. We will have the same general layout as last year. Each exhibitor receiving a corner booth, unless placed against the wall. Apply as soon as possible. Optional cancellation protection is available for a full refund if you are uncertain about committing at this time.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

Every exhibitor must review and agree to the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions. This is sent with the invoice; payment to Capital City Comic Con is considered to be acceptance of and agreement to the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions.

OUR VENUE

Lansing Convention Center, 333 E Michigan Ave, Lansing MI 48933

LOAD-IN LOCATION

The entrance to the loading docks is a driveway JUST AFTER Riverfront Drive (which enters Lot 21 and Lansing Shuffle). The driveway is sometimes hard to see, and we have a sign on the sidewalk to help. The driveway is only accessible while driving south bound on one-way North Cedar Street coming south from Shiawassee Street. (See map below.)

LOAD-IN HOURS

Vendor Load-In starts at 8:00 AM on Friday, July12th. There is NO load-in Thursday evening. Attendees will be let into the exhibit vendor hall at 3:00 PM. Please have your booth set up and ready to go by then.

VENDOR CHECK-IN

All vendors must check in at Loading Dock B (the middle loading dock). If you enter the Lansing Center through another entrance please check at the door to Hall B with our volunteer attendant, and they will direct you into the vendor hall to Dock B to get your badges and packet. A small number of carts will be available to assist vendors with load-in. These carts will be manned and kept by Comic Con volunteers at all times, to make sure they are returned in a timely manner.

PARKING

Once you are done unloading, you must move your vehicle out of the loading area to a paid parking lot (refer to Parking map below). There is not enough room for all exhibitors to be in the loading dock area at one time. Immediately after unloading your vehicle, you must move from the loading dock. Vehicles that are found to be blocking traffic could be towed by the venue, and the convention has no control over this.

Exhibitor Hall Map

This is the 2023 hall map for reference. The 2024 hall will have a few modifications, but will have the same general layout.

Booth numbers will be assigned close to the convention. Once they have been assigned, they will be findable on our Exhibitor List page.

Restrooms are found outside the main hall near the "Main Entrance" and "To Panels" sets of doors.
